Misleading advertising on delivery

Parrot products advertise products online and promise "next day delivery".

They also advertised "installation" which - when I looked - also shared the promise of "next day delivery". Well that's what I would expect at a price tag of R672.50! The product I ordered was a simple magnetic whiteboard which should be fairly straightforward to install.

After I had complained that "next day delivery" was not effected the website suddenly changed to indicate that installation is booked "according to availability" - what does that mean if anything ??

Still waiting nearly a week later. The office lady said they would be coming at 10am today - no sign of them. She has not communicated further to advise of any additional delays.

I ordered and paid for the whiteboard product on 12/09/2017. Today is 18/09/2017.
