As a suscriber, I expect delivery of my newspaper on a daily basis. It would seem that since 1 September, there has been some sort of change in terms of delivery service provider, and since said time, I have not received my newspaper. I have sent two e-mails and get a standardized computerised response. On Saturday, I contacted the call centre with regards the non delivery, I spoke to two different individuals, and was promised my newspaper between half an hour and two and a half hours of my call, needless to say, I am still waiting. Again today, no delivery. I would have assumed that this matter would have been rectified. When querying the fact that I have not had delivery since 1 September, no mention of a credit or on how this situation is going to be rectified. I have even been told that delievery person is going to be fired!!!! I'm not sure how that helps me- bottom line, NO service.Seems my only recourse is to cancel my subscription.
