Enough is Enough - Worst experience ever

Wow I have never ever been more messed around than by Duane, promises, lies, more promises and even bigger lies.

I have had enough, full payment done on the 4th of July, delivery promised 2-3 weeks. Lies about delivering, never showing, lies about not delivering because his dog bit an employee, lies about not delivering because he spent the weekend in jail. lies upon lies.

Then on one of the many promised delivery day's 17 Aug i got a message stating that the company will not be taking new orders and will refund clients their money. They begged for a payment plan even getting his wife to message me. I tried to be understanding and agreed they could pay 75% of my money on 30 Aug (as this was the GF's) payday and the balance on 30 Sep, this has not happened and he has called to ask for what arrangement can be made...

How does one sleep at night knowing that they are taking good hard earned money from people trying to support local..

I've reached out to a lawyer to see my options, not only for me but for everyone else that this man is making a mockery out of.
