TERRIBLE SERVICE

I called in to get an auth number for a patient. I was told that DENIS has to give the authorisation number. I told them DENIS told me that Thebemed has to give them them the permission to do load an auth. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO? This member is at school and the surgery cannot be postponed
