Very disappointed

My journey with Johan van Rooyen (potchefstroom) started around August. Very good start I must say. The communication was good he returned calls consistently, i paid all the costs and did everything from my side. Until the owner started giving problems and delaying the whole process. I started struggling to get ahold of Johan. Fast forward to 1 December I moved in the house before it was registered and I noticed a few things and some things for example leaking toilet in the main bedroom which he promised will be sorted out from thier side. Johan till today does not answer or return my calls or emails the roof leaks. Which was supposed to be fixed by the previous owners insurance. The house is now registered on my name and he has not even contacted me or put up the Sold sign..

I am very disappointed in him as it is obvious that he was just after making sales and now I am stuck with the damage
