We have logged multiple complaints regarding our telephone lines and these have still not been resolved. Officeguru even had the nerve to charge us to fix their own system. Absolutely Pathetic. We were better off with Telkom.

Tuesday 14 November. We called the office Guru because our Data just keeps going missing and there seems to be an issue with out networks getting crossed with our neighbors. We were told that a technician would be coming through on Wednesday to sort out our issue. We then told the lady that our Boss wants it sorted within 24 hour or he is canceling the contract with them. 15 November Wednesday. No one came through. My Boss told us to cancel the contract. We said no maybe they are busy. We know that there has been a problem with connections in the area. Our boss gave us 1 more day. 16 November Thursday. Again no one came to see us. We then called The Office Guru. They proceeded to tell us there will be a technician the same day. No one came through. As a last resort we told the boss we would cancel the contract but we wanted to find out what the issue is first. 17 November Friday. We called the Office Guru again. And asked about it. There was a rude little women on the call she told us sorry it isn’t happening today. We would not get a technician today. The technician has 4 other stops first. We said how is that possible? we logged a call 3 days ago, not even Telkom is that f*cking useless. The rudest lady I’ve ever had to deal with told me that how dare I question her and that she has customers with bigger issues. We told her to email us and let us know how to cancel. So this has happened. If you work on the phone all day, the least you can do is not be so rude to customers no matter what their problem big or small. They should be helped. I don’t understand it they also blame everyone else and never send technicians. I am so irritated.

I have a client who has become so difficult to deal with due to OfficeGuru!!! i have been in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years now. Dealt with OG through one ISP i worked for and now another (no |ISP names will be posted). Never the less. i just wish that OG would come to the table and deal honestly. My client is stuck in a contract and OG play the game as if they have full control but your clients make your business and without them you are worthless. i have a lot of contact in this industry and when i talk to each ISP you discuss relationships with, you lie out your teeth which is unacceptable as now you can see i am struggling. Just get your S### together and be normal!!!! i have no time to waste on HelloPetter but look what it has resorted to.... And damn can you please disable / adjust the audio on your main webpage http://www.theofficeguru.co.za/inner.html

Just want to give a big shout out to Dylan Bakker from Office Guru for excellent service. Our phone lines at work were dreadful and nobody was able to get it working properly. Well that all changed after Dylan came into our lives. For the first time in years we could have an conversation with our clients without having to shout or losing signal all the time. I will recommend Dylan and Office Guru to any business out there. Truly happy client?

To keep this short and sweet, The Office Guru is absolutely useless. Rushed into signing a contract just to wait 3 months and still waiting.. and still pending.. and still waiting.. Thank you for being the biggest irritation in my life for the past few months!
