This is not my first terrible encounter with Burger King. But it’ll be the last ever time I try and buy food from them. We ordered mr delivery at 5 they only called us at 6:30 to tell us the order was cancelled. Is this a joke? My toddler screaming in my ear because She’s starving. And they say it’s cause they are behind schedule??? No I refuse to accept that. I’m so disappointed I hope people see this and rethink going to the Burger King at west gate! It’s a shame I really liked their food.
I find myself here again. Let’s start with a simple order of chicken Salad..... it’s a pretty simple order. Yet they gave me a lunch bowl. 2 very different things. And it took about 20-30 minutes to make. And then it’s raw. The chicken is raw salmonella poisoning raw. So it’s okay to get it wrong take your time and serve it raw. The staff is so incompetent it is actually disgusting. And yes I will be posting pictures online and tagging the wimpy. Why? Because it’s not the first time!!!!!
I absolutely USED to love Cafe Fino at Retail Crossing... but I can’t deny that this was one of the worst mornings ever. We waited 45 minutes for subpar breakfast. Throughly disgusted at the shocking service and the owner slash manager that can’t walk in through the chairs cause he is a big as a house had the audacity to say to us. “It’s not that bad”. Also 45 minutes wait for a fruit salad???? I will tell everyone how I would rather eat at the wimpy next door.
Tuesday 14 November. We called the office Guru because our Data just keeps going missing and there seems to be an issue with out networks getting crossed with our neighbors. We were told that a technician would be coming through on Wednesday to sort out our issue. We then told the lady that our Boss wants it sorted within 24 hour or he is canceling the contract with them. 15 November Wednesday. No one came through. My Boss told us to cancel the contract. We said no maybe they are busy. We know that there has been a problem with connections in the area. Our boss gave us 1 more day. 16 November Thursday. Again no one came to see us. We then called The Office Guru. They proceeded to tell us there will be a technician the same day. No one came through. As a last resort we told the boss we would cancel the contract but we wanted to find out what the issue is first. 17 November Friday. We called the Office Guru again. And asked about it. There was a rude little women on the call she told us sorry it isn’t happening today. We would not get a technician today. The technician has 4 other stops first. We said how is that possible? we logged a call 3 days ago, not even Telkom is that f*cking useless. The rudest lady I’ve ever had to deal with told me that how dare I question her and that she has customers with bigger issues. We told her to email us and let us know how to cancel. So this has happened. If you work on the phone all day, the least you can do is not be so rude to customers no matter what their problem big or small. They should be helped. I don’t understand it they also blame everyone else and never send technicians. I am so irritated.
<p>i am absolutely disgusted by this macdonalds on CRSwart I cannot believe they got my order wrong and there was mild on my fries... I have never spoken to anyone as incompetent as the staff that works there.</p>
