Thermacare Not so hot patches

After using this product for years and recommending it to numerous people, the product has failed multiple times.

Having tried the online route to vent my frustration, not only was I not contacted but their communication channels are extremely poor.

The only place I could come to was here.

These patches are not cheap. And when box after box does not work, not only do I feel done down by the money lost, but also saddened that a product which usually brings so much relief, caused pain both physically and financially.

There isn't even a channel to air these frustrations and request a refund.

Very disappointed.
