In November 2024, I purchased Thirsty products at North City Newcastle and was automatically entered into a competition. I was later informed that I had won and would be receiving goods as my prize.
It is now September 2025, and unfortunately, I have still not received the goods. As a loyal customer who truly enjoys Thirsty products, this has been very disappointing.
I entered the competition in good faith and was excited to have won, but the lack of delivery and communication has left me questioning how Thirsty values its customers. I kindly request clarity on this matter and for the promised prize to be honoured.
