Excellent Service
#BlackFriday I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Karabo Maswangang from Thompsons Travel with my booking at the Twelve Apostles in Cape Town. Her service was exceptional. She was proactive, highly efficient, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism throughout the process. I received all the necessary documentation immediately after my enquiry, and every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Karabo and Thompsons Travel for any travel arrangements. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and I would gladly do so again in the future.

Excellent Service

Honeymoon
Quickly respond to emails and provide 3 quotes to choose for the best, really our honeymoon was superb. I recommend Thompson for any Travelling planning. Qondile Vilakazi is the star and keep up your good and diligently work

Unsurpassed customer service from Casssily at Thompsons Travel.
Customer service unsurpassed by Cassily, I requested information to travel to Mauritius from Flight Centre and Thompsons Travel, I received a call from Cassily within 48 hours, Two weeks later no correspondence from Flight Centre. All my needs was dealt with, within in 24 hours. I requested a flight upgrade, this was done within 4hrs. I will definitely recommend Thompsons Travel to any person who require a excellent travel experience. Cassily is undoubtable a great ambassador for Thompsons Travel. I will definitely use Thompsons Travel again in the near future.

THOMPSONS/Sharon Jammine
THOMPSONS have been great. Amidst a global pandemic and not sure how to book our overseas trip, they have informed us of all the regulations and fought hard in our favour against airlines to provide great service. British Airways cancelled our flights with NO reason and we panicked but I contacted THOMPSONS and Sharon Jammine took charge of the situation and kept me in constant contact. She was exceptional and made sure we had got our flights including the surety of covid protocols. She is an asset to THOMPSONS Travel.
