Money overdue to be returned to the client by Microsoft.
Microsoft took 1499 from my Capitec Account on 25 November 2023. On quering the deduction they wrote to say the money has been refunded to my account, that was November 2023. It is now March 02 2024 the money has not been returned. I have made several trips to my bank branch they too cannot help me. I need my money.

Delayed response for the claim.
On the 21st of October I boarded flysafair flight from JHB to DURBAN. On arriving at home I found out that my bag was opened and searched and everything was mixed and chaotic. I noticed I was missing a bottle of perfume. I notified flysafair. They responded and referred me to Chubb and forwarded me a letter they had sent to Chubb.Until today Chubb has not contacted me. I paid the bag insurance. I am waiting for the response from Chubb. T. Mkhize

Harrassed by Blake &Associates
I am being harrassed by Blake and Associates. They say I owe Telkom whereas I owe nothing. I reported to Telkom. Telkom gave me the reference number to give to Blake and Associates so that they contact Telkom. They have chosen to neglect to contact Telkom .They demand that I pay R508 otherwise action will be taken against me.

Robbed by social waste management company.
The manager of social waste management at 51 Sherwood Crescent Amanzimtoti robbed me of R2600. He said he can also do the handy man jobs. He promised to repair the cabinet and the concrete wall but the job was never done. He took the money in November 2019 ever since he is dodging me.

Unhappy with Telkom Galleria
I have been going to Telkom Galleria 4 times recently in order to apply for the router. I have not been successful. Today the lines were down I was told. I had asked to see the employee who was processing my case. I was told to wait for this employee since he was busy with another customer. After waiting for thirty minutes i got a message from another employee saying the routers are sold out. Why was I not told in the first place? I would not have wasted my time. I was also phoned to come and collect my router last week only to find that Telkom was offline on arriving there.
