Sarcastic Response to clients seeking information.

I reached out to this business on Facebook to request more information, as their ad and Facebook page lacked the details needed. When they responded on WhatsApp, I received a sarcastic reply, implying that my feedback approach was outdated, rather than addressing the lack of information.

Instead of simply saying, “We’ll look into it,” they chose to be dismissive. This interaction raises concerns about their professionalism and responsiveness. I can only imagine the response if there were issues during an actual event on the trail. Poor customer service and disappointing experience.
