Excellent Experience with Thorburn

I'd just like to commend a wonderful security guard called Phatsiwe who works at the door of H&M in the V&A Waterfront. I watched her greet every single person who came in and bid farewell to every single person who walked out while I waited to go into the store. Her enthusiasm and love for what she does was infectious.

Also having lived in Val De Vie estate where they guard, I have only ever had excellent experience with them. They seem to always hire such friendly an enthusiastic staff.
