Thorburn

Over the past 2 years I’ve been using Thorburn. On a few occasions the house alarm was activated and I was notified that Thorburn would call the police to go check on my property. Not once have I received a follow up call on the polices’ findings on checking the property. When I followed up with Thorburn I was told they could not get hold of the police or the police was not available. Tonight I found an intruder on my property and used the panic button... guess what... no service from Thorburn because they don’t have vehicles available in my area or the nearest town 25km away...
