I subscribed to this security company in December 2024, all along I thought I my house was under armed respons, only one day in October 2025 I discovered the worst, tested the alarm system many times including the following day and to my suprise there was no response whatsoever, I contacted Eloise viljoen and his son Chris they sent a technician 2 or so days later and it was fixed now in December 2025 I cancelled the subscription but even last night my account got deducted and when I ask Eloise viljoen about this she tells me she did send cancellation document to head office, now I want to know what will it take to cancel my subscription?
