I subscribed to this security company in December 2024, all along I thought I my house was under armed respons, only one day in October 2025 I discovered the worst, tested the alarm system many times including the following day and to my suprise there was no response whatsoever, I contacted Eloise viljoen and his son Chris they sent a technician 2 or so days later and it was fixed now in December 2025 I cancelled the subscription but even last night my account got deducted and when I ask Eloise viljoen about this she tells me she did send cancellation document to head office, now I want to know what will it take to cancel my subscription?

Now after cancelling their health insurance, they collected R3427 instead of R3227, is there a fee for cancelling? They promised my mom would still be able to use insurance until end of January but their App has become non functional instantly, I am extremely disappointed with this so called Medical Insurance
I insured my mother with Affinity Health over 2 months ago, we were convinced this was a solution for her arthritis only to find out later that should she be hopitalised because of that she would not go to a private hospital, then we decided to cancel on Wednesday 10th, I made a call spoke to Samo she assured me that they will call my mum within 48 hours, as I was far away from my mother, now yesterday Friday 12th someone called her from Affinity Health(0100205085) now this person was speaking fast, mind you my mum is old, is not well conversant in English, the person said they will call again, they never did, so I guess their intention is for us to further pay combined plus boosters premium, no one there knows why we even pay for boosters and when we joined they even did conference call now when we want to cancel no more conference call.
Six days ago called to cancel my just wheels insurance, the agent did cc me the cancellation email to just wheels, to-date they haven't sent me a cancellation letter, how long should I wait? Bad bad service!
Tfg has subscribed me to their tcpp without me agreeing to it, from December my statements didn't have it suddenly this month's statement has three tcpp fees and service fee included those tcpp are optional so why subscribe them to me if I didn't choose to have them and my account is on both 12 and 6 months revolving ci why, since I made it clear I want 6 months interest free? Ps I need to finish and close the account up, I regret having this account
I purchased a Sealy celebration bed online in November, the bed in a bad state, a portion of this bed is sinking, and I called to exchange it and Jeanet told me the supplier will call me within seven days, I sent her email to say the supplier hasn't called she now says the supplier has done inspection on images, I don't think that's on, I told her I didn't believe her, she said she's going speak to the supplier and it is now two weeks and we are sinking
