I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the ongoing delay regarding a refund that was due over a week ago.
Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this privately, the communication has been unacceptably poor:
Broken Promises: I was originally told the refund would be processed by Wednesday, 18 February.
Lack of Accountability: After several ignored emails, I was finally told on Friday (20th) that they were "following up." No further updates were provided until I had to escalate the matter myself.
Vague Timelines: On the 24th, I was assured by staff that a manager promised the matter would be settled "before the end of this week." As of today, Friday, 27 February, I still have no confirmation of payment or a proof of payment (POP).
While I have tried to remain patient, being forced to constantly chase my own money is exhausting. A dealership's reputation is built on how they handle issues, and right now, Thorp GWM Haval Plumstead | GWM Haval is failing.
To the Management: Please stop offering vague assurances and provide a proof of payment immediately. I should not have to resort to public reviews and formal channels to get a response on a simple refund.
