I order their "Mini Bundle" for R499 (Discounted from R1000, and R518.99 paid in total with shipping) to test it out, cos it seems like a great little concept.

Order was placed on 28 November 2023, get the invoice all seems normal. Leave it expecting delivery sometime, so on 4 December 2023, I email them to find out status of said order, and if I can track it at all. No telephone number so have to email.

Suddenly 5 December 2023, I get an email saying my order is on it's way. I then separately get a notification from Takealot that my parcel is out for delivery, thinking to myself "I never ordered anything off Takealot."

Friday 8 December 2023 my parcel arrives (would have been delivered on the 7th but I wasnt home). This parcel is apparently my "Thrillbox Mini Bundle"...

I pay them R518.99 for them to go order ONE item for R149 (25% off sale) on Takealot and send that to me as their "Mini Bundle".

Through the Takealot tracking and communication, I can see everything that they've done... so not only are they C O R R U P T, they're I D I O T S too.

They claim FREE Delivery nationwide on the website, but I had to pay R19.99 for shipping, so another lie.

There's no phone number to contact them on, you just have to email the one provided and hope for an answer...

This company is just pure C O R R U P T I O N, and being so daft, I might think it's another branch of the ANC trying to get more money.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE JUST GONNA RIP YOU OFF
