BAD SERVICE & FOOD.

I’m honestly so disappointed. I went to Thunder Gun for dinner last night and the experience was really poor. The service was incredibly slow from start to finish, and it felt like no one really cared. The waiters came across as rude and very nonchalant, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Our bill was over R1,500 and it honestly wasn’t worth the money. The food was average at best, and the meat wasn’t even cooked as requested. For the price you expect much better quality and service.

Overall, it was a really disappointing evening and not somewhere I’d rush back to.
