Thunder Gun cheating people on what they deliver

last night I went for take away, and ordered... 1x marylou ribs + chips R 199 1x steak & ribs combo (salad) R 300 steak medium rare 1x extra mushroom sauce R 39 1x extra onion rings R ?? 1x coffee milkshake R ?? consumed whilst waiting 1x Hunters Gold R ?? consumed whilst waiting It totaled R 640 +- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- they gave me the order and when I got home I found that I had been given only.. 1x marylou ribs + chips R 199 1x marylou ribs + salad R 199 1x extra onion rings R ?? but NO STEAK or mushroom sauce which I ordered specifically for the steak So I paid R 139 extra for nothing, as there was no steak/sauce??

I have been a loyal customer of Thundergun for over 20 years & I have never felt more cheated than I did last night..

I suggest they jack up their procedures & checking orders properly, as after this I doubt I will ever come back again! They don't answer their emails either

very dissatisfied customer..
