You ruined my honeymoon!

I emailed Thunzi to book the stargazing dome for my honeymoon in December. I was asked to send my details so I can receive the invoice, as I was ready to make payment immediately to prevent losing our spot. After not hearing back within 24hours, I emailed again, still no reply. Then I messaged via WhatsApp and after back and forth I'm told they didn't receive the email I sent so no booking was made.

I sent the screenshots of my replies via same email. It did not even get acknowledged that I sent it. I was just told that even though I sent the proof of email, I won't get my booking, it won't make a difference.

It was booked by someone else via another website. Thanks to Thunzi bush lodge, I have no accommodation for my honeymoon anymore.
