I would think twice before visiting Panarottis in Walmer Park Shopping Center. We were a family of 12 who order 7 waffles and waited over an hour for them to arrive. The first 5 we received all had a cleaning brush hair in it. When we called the manager to inform her, she didn't seem bothered at all. Just smiled it off and didn't seem present in the conversation either. Our last 2 waffles came when the rest of the table was done eating. Again, manager didn't seem to bothered by it. Even when we told her that the hairs in the food is not a good look for them, she just chuckled. Scary...
If you are looking for comfort and luxury when on holiday. This is the place to be! What a pleasant surprise. Such a beautiful place. Friendliest staff. Walking distance to Canal Walk and so safe! It was an absolute pleasure.
One of my favourite places to stay in JBay! My fiancé and I plan to visit at least twice a year. The breakfast spread is incredible. It hosts such a homey, cosy and luxurious atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and go the extra mile. Love it!
If you are looking for an affordable yet luxurious option, this is the place to book. Whether it is a family getaway or just a much needed romantic break. Such a beautiful place, spacious with incredible views all around AND even heated flooring. The perfect spot!
I emailed Thunzi to book the stargazing dome for my honeymoon in December. I was asked to send my details so I can receive the invoice, as I was ready to make payment immediately to prevent losing our spot. After not hearing back within 24hours, I emailed again, still no reply. Then I messaged via WhatsApp and after back and forth I'm told they didn't receive the email I sent so no booking was made. I sent the screenshots of my replies via same email. It did not even get acknowledged that I sent it. I was just told that even though I sent the proof of email, I won't get my booking, it won't make a difference. It was booked by someone else via another website. Thanks to Thunzi bush lodge, I have no accommodation for my honeymoon anymore. Thanks for ruining it!
<p>when I applied for my account I clearly stated I do not want to subscribe to any magazines as I don't want to pay for it on a monthly basis. What happens? I receive a month later a magazine and it is taken off from my credit limit. I went in twice, two different stores to cancel the magazine subscription. Sales assistants assure me it is cancelled. What happens? This is months ago and still it is taken off from my account credit. I refuse to pay for something I did not want any longer. So please, if anyone competent enough to do this PLEASE CANCEL THE STUPID MAGAZINE IT IS COSTING ME MONEY I DON'T HAVE!</p>
<p>On the 25th of July, I sent a request to cancel my planet fitness gym contract. I am still waiting to receive information regarding my settlement fee. Now, this makes me think.... Is Planet fitness dragging this along so that I'll be paying up to the time it actually expires or are they just slacking at doing the work. Any feedback from them will be appreciated at this point!</p>

I join the gym and they charge me too much on 1st payment. The following 3 months they deduct money on the wrong date as what I requested. They tell me it was changed but then they deduct it again on the wrong day of the month. Then due to this matter every month my bank deducted an extra R116 from my account under reference \bill not payed"because planet fitness captured the wrong date. I go to get feedback on this matter and I'm still waiting and already requested my cancellation! Very bad service!!!"""
I went to settle mY account. After payment they say I still owe R946 but my credit available is only R700. I pay R500 and the system shows I still owe R664 but my slip shows I only owe R165. Then I pay the R165 and I'm on -R0,79. Yet the system shows I still owe R664. Phoned head office and they say no but I still owe R664. The fault is on their side yet they still fight with me. Then I get statement to prove I'm right and foschini refuses to give me a letter to state that it was their fault and not mine. The staff from baywest branch was great at assisting us. Headoffice however has no clue what goes on on their system! Pathetic...
