Refund not received - Betway SA20 PCvDSG, 3 Jan, Centurion

TicketPro does NOT refund as promised!

Please provide feedback with regards to the refund? As per mail received on 16 January 2026 I was to allow 7-14 working days for refund to reflect. The 14th working day was then 5 February 2026 Currently today 17 February 2026 I have yet to receive the refund or feedback from TicketPro?
