Bad service
Dear Tiger Wheel & Tyre Management,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your Nelson Mandela Street branch in Bloemfontein on 25 February 2026.
I brought my car in due to a squeaking sound from the front wheels. I was advised that both brake pads and brake discs needed replacement, which I agreed to. However, only two hours after leaving your premises, the car produced an even worse sound than before. I returned the following day, and was told lubrication had been app**** to the discs and that the brake pads needed time to wear in. While the noise temporarily subsided, it returned the very next day.
This ongoing issue has left me extremely dissatisfied and embarrassed, as the sound occurs every time I apply the brakes. The service I received has been appalling and has not resolved the problem I initially came in for.
I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and properly, as I expect professional workmanship and reliable service from your establishment.
