Subject: Formal Complaint: Lack of Service and Professionalism – N1 City Branch
To the Store Manager,
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I experienced at your N1 City branch this morning, March 13th.
Upon entering the store to have a tyre replaced, I was met with complete indifference. There were three sales staff members at the front who all made eye contact with me, yet they immediately looked down and continued to ignore my presence. I waited for 10 minutes, expecting at least an acknowledgment or a brief "we will be with you shortly," but no one spoke to me or offered assistance.
As a result of this blatant lack of basic customer etiquette, I left the store without being helped. Being treated as if I am invisible is not the level of service I expect from Tiger Wheel & Tyre.
I hope you will address this with your front-desk team to ensure other customers are not treated with the same disregard. I look forward to hearing how you intend to improve the service standards at this location.
