Subject: Formal Complaint: Lack of Service and Professionalism – N1 City Branch To the Store Manager, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I experienced at your N1 City branch this morning, March 13th. Upon entering the store to have a tyre replaced, I was met with complete indifference. There were three sales staff members at the front who all made eye contact with me, yet they immediately looked down and continued to ignore my presence. I waited for 10 minutes, expecting at least an acknowledgment or a brief "we will be with you shortly," but no one spoke to me or offered assistance. As a result of this blatant lack of basic customer etiquette, I left the store without being helped. Being treated as if I am invisible is not the level of service I expect from Tiger Wheel & Tyre. I hope you will address this with your front-desk team to ensure other customers are not treated with the same disregard. I look forward to hearing how you intend to improve the service standards at this location.
My experience with Naked was great Claims experience 10/10 Excess recovery 10/10 I never had to call them to find out what's happening regarding my excess , I just received an email to say please send your banking details we have recovered your Excess . Unfortunately I had to move to another insurer due to affordability, Naked was reasonable priced but you know other insurances will always try and beat your current premium Unfortunately one cannot negotiate with Rose for a better premium, if I could I would have stayed with Naked Naked you are great ! And note i don't really do positive comments unless a company has exceeded my expectations and you have done that !
Is Liberty claims assesors Ai ? I am currently in claim with Liberty, and they have caused me more stress, I have also been in claim with Old Mutual ,Old Mutual really cares about clients , the assesors actually calls you to find out how you are doing and your progress , Liberty on the other hand , The assesors act like a Ai System, no care no compassion, request documentation which was send and each repeated document send to them, takes 15 working days to review, I had to pay from my own money for a medical report for Liberty, The claims assesors can only be reached via email , so I asked the questions Is this a actual human or Artificial Intelligence? I am still awaiting for feedback from Liberty regarding my Claim as payment is usually on the 25th but tonight they will still deduct money for a policy I have with them.
Give Good reviews when it is due but I have too give a 5 star rating to Gugu Nkosi , she asked how can she make me smile and she did , I called for a quote and she was patient and gave me the best premuim possible I would like to thank her for her assistance.
Wow Tableview Toyota has set the Benchmark for Customer service, the best service we received from all the Toyota Branches we went to over the years Stuart Williams, a Big thanks to you for assisting us with our recent Purchase, you went above and beyond, after our first deal went South with another Big dealership from the moment I contacted you. You assisted us showing that Customer service do exist! You made effort to bringing the vehicle to me , then taking it to my wife at work for that we are grateful, then you were open and transparent on what needs to happen , a few days later you send a driver for us to take delivery of our vehicle.
You are such a trusted brand but your Bidvest Mc Carthy N1 city branch is a Total mess , I wonder why this branch never answers the phone especially the service agents and parts department especially them they are extremely bad at that , so 30th December 2024 I called and all service advisors was not available, I was asked if they could call me back. I am still waiting, 13th and 14th i once again called but ask to speak to the parts department at Parts , I was told they will call me back. Which they never did between all this it was about 20 minutes of airtime waisted in total So my question is does Toyota N1 City not have airtime to callback customers ?
I would like to know when payment will be made regarding my claim , the claims person said 3 to 5 days , it's now 10 days later and still no payment reflects.
Tuesday the 5th March 2024 ,claim was processed and the agent informed me they will pay the finance company directly , it takes 3 to 5 days so I called again on 11 March 2024 to confirm if payment was done and if they can send me proof of payment, I was informed the claim is at the payments department, Up untill today no payment was made to the finance house. I am shocked how this company is treating there clients.
Sold a policy administered by motorite, logged a claim more than a month ago, claims person either planning her Easter weekend but she doesnt respond to my emails,Called Roche Daniels , on Wednesday 28th February 24 regarding the claim she informed me she would give me a claim outcome on Friday 1st March 24 I waited the entire day no calls or emails from Roche, I then emailed her with no response, but still they collected my premuim on the 28th, quick to take your money but delaying on payment of claim.
