Disappointed take away experience

Title: Disappointing Takeaway Experience

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent takeaway order from Tiger’s Milk at Alberton New Market on 2 May 2026 at approximately 22:00.

I ordered chips and ribs, and unfortunately, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The chips were served without any salt, and no salt was included in the takeaway bag, which made them quite unpleasant.

Additionally, the ribs were not up to standard. They did not taste good and appeared to have been poorly prepared. They were cut into uneven chunks, with little attention given to presentation or overall quality.

This experience did not meet the expectations I have come to associate with your brand.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and advise on how you intend to resolve it.
