I have had an extremely frustrating experience with TiH (Auto & General) this year. I submitted five claims, and every single one was initially declined—only approved after I disputed the decision.
My latest claim was submitted in October 2025 and has been with the Adjudicator since 17/11/2025, despite a promised 10-day turnaround. This commitment has not been honored.
I attempted to resolve this via their Twitter DM channel, which was completely ineffective. I have now escalated the matter to the Ombudsman.
What makes this worse is that I was sold “unlimited cover”, yet the claims process does not reflect what was promised. The pattern of quick declines and delayed resolutions is unacceptable and erodes trust.
