Abuse, non compliant and scandalous

Hi I won a Bathroom Makeover in 2018 worth R20 000but was never awarded nor had that makeover done, after several times of contacting the company tgey finally came to do measurements and wuite tge makeover, I was asked to come choose accessories which I liked and traveled to the company, only after some montgs to be tokd that they woukd onky give me A R5000 which I turned down, I was advertised in the media my phitis published whrn in actual fact was never given that prize, I ferl that this is unfait and abuse of me by Tiles of Italy
