The manager at Cash build Cavendish bin Glen Marais us very arrogant ,does not want to help customers, tell us to check prices on shelves, and seek help products on internet, very rude, different from previous Manager who was very assisting, knew products and would stand up and walk a customer to the shelf and explain ,this one is so unknowledgeable, he asks cashier'scto tell customers about products
Purchased an online product worth more than R5000 and delivery date was to be 24 December, but surprising Makro decided to deliver 24 December during my absence and there was no one to receive at home. They promised to deliver on the 24 th but up to now mo communication ! I needed to use the item for Christmas day and now my Christmas bis spoiled

The brand has been a family value since my childhood my father bought defy stove and my sister swore by Defy brands,thus even today I consider Defy to be the only brand that works better
They are advertising Leads ,but upon purchase those Leads are not answered or irrelevant information is given ,then Bark refuses to refund even if thre is proof . These leads are very expensive and at some point have had information that these leads that are sold have been used,I have spent more thanR8000 on Bark leads only to get 2 responses I have purchased over 70 leads
Had a terrible encounter at Kempton social welfare 6 th floor department , I arrived at 1500 hours and was told to find a day where I can come in the morning, to my suprise was not asked why I was there, upon questioning why am I not being helped ,a senior social welfare worker came with her hands in a coat and asked me where do you come from which I informed her , she spoke so rudely to me that I cannot be helped because of being a non SA citizen despite being a permanent resident
I won a competition voucher in 2022 and lost the voucher, yesterday I called Lift to explain my situation and gave my details,within 24 hours Lifebouy resent the voucher to me This is diligence outstanding service
I am experiencing a nightmare from their agent Rozeline Nkosi who is refusing to have electricity restored at a house which I have paid occupational rent while in process of bond registration.The agent says is busy show casing other houses and will sort out electricity on Tues ,since Friday no electricity having to beg from close friends to charge phones, laptops even hot water as the agent is showcasing other houses
Purchased a product that was in competition, and won a fuel voucher then my till slip got lost in some accident , The garage refused to reprint me the till slip as they said they were too busy and could not find my transaction. though I provided the till till number.tgey even refused to write me a letter as proof as competition provider had agreed to a confirmation letter
