What a terrible experience!!!!!! Firstly, they did not come on the day and time arranged to give us a quote. I asked them if an eft would be accepted for payment, they had no problem with it at the time. On the day of installation, I was informed that I must pay cash. I told the person doing the installation that I arranged for eft. He said I must just give him a printed out proof of payment. I agreed! Then I received a call from a person who I believe to be the owner. He very rudely informed me that that’s not how they do business and that I will send him the proof of payment via e-mail, whatsapp and print out for his driver. And if he doesn’t see it on his screen he will inform his people not to leave my premises. If I can not pay immediately after installation he wil give the order to remove all glass and leave my windows open. Never in my life has anyone made me feel like a thieve like this person did today! I know that business is business and there are company policies in place for a good reason, but to be treated like that, and over a phone, not nice at all! I will never ever make use of Tilly’s Glass Mate ever again!!!!
