I had a terrible experience with Tillys and would not recommend them to anyone. I paid in full upfront for 14 glass panels, but only 13 were installed. The installers left my house in a complete mess and even broke one of our windows during the process. To make matters worse, the original invoice was corrected with Tipp-Ex, changing the quantities (showing only 9 of one type), which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Despite the mistake being theirs, I had to pay them again to return and fix the broken glass. When I later settled the remaining invoices, I clearly informed them that they owed me for the one glass panel I overpaid on the first invoice. I was told everything was correct. Now, a month later, they are suddenly demanding payment for a glass panel that was never installed, never cut, and never supp****. In other words, I paid them for a panel they did absolutely nothing with. To top it all off, the owner is now threatening to come to our home in the evening, which is completely unacceptable and intimidating. This company lacks professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and money and stay far away from Tillys.

I had a sliding door glass broken found online a company called Tillys Glass Mate ,phoned them they asked me to take pictures for my broken glass so that they can give me a quote,I did that,they quoted me R1585 which I paid I full ,I have attached the slip.They came removed the one side of the sliding door that was broken to install it in their company,When they have to put back they said its going to be a challenge I have to look for someone to remove the buglar outside for them to put the door back,but they are not sure.Nonetheless i managed to look for someone to remove the buglar they said they won't wait for him they are knocking off,instructed the guy removing the buglar how to put the door in its easy,the drivers had attitude didn't even want to stay,left with their car,they left numbers if he struggles I should call them,The buglar guy removed the buglar tried to put the sliding door failed to install back,I phoned the drivers they said they don't have transport to come to my side,I took my car out to fetch him at De Deur because he's doesn't have a car,Long story short he tried to put the door back he also failed,even they sliding door was being disassembled,he ddnt even have tools on him.This whole incident happened on the 1st of November up this day they never came back. I have been calling the store the owner not is assisting-Mr Mohammed,says hes busy, there's a young lady who knows the whole story her name is Nisha working there but still they don't listen to her,The drivers names is Thabo and Sam,.I am stuck with the sliding door that is not moving and I paid in full they say they are busy,and I'm also a customer without safety because I can't put back the buglar before they finish -when this drivers arrived he said I was overcharged by the store,but still they don't do their work properly Just got off a the call with one of their assistants to say they knew the sliding door wheel were finished but ddnt say anything because I ddnt ask for that quote,the door was working perfectly fine before the glass got broken and removed by them and that the manager said they will never assist me.

What a terrible experience!!!!!! Firstly, they did not come on the day and time arranged to give us a quote. I asked them if an eft would be accepted for payment, they had no problem with it at the time. On the day of installation, I was informed that I must pay cash. I told the person doing the installation that I arranged for eft. He said I must just give him a printed out proof of payment. I agreed! Then I received a call from a person who I believe to be the owner. He very rudely informed me that that’s not how they do business and that I will send him the proof of payment via e-mail, whatsapp and print out for his driver. And if he doesn’t see it on his screen he will inform his people not to leave my premises. If I can not pay immediately after installation he wil give the order to remove all glass and leave my windows open. Never in my life has anyone made me feel like a thieve like this person did today! I know that business is business and there are company policies in place for a good reason, but to be treated like that, and over a phone, not nice at all! I will never ever make use of Tilly’s Glass Mate ever again!!!!
