I cannot believe that it takes nearly 2 weeks to repair a chest freezer. Timberstar was appointed by Defy to repair my freezer as it is still under warranty. They have the worst customer services and lack communication skills. I’m terribly disappointed that I have to wait so long just for them to receive a compressor unit and they seem to not give a damn. They do not return calls and the staff there behave as if they’re doing you a favour.
