I am employed at a courier company and our staff rely on us calculating their overtime correctly. My company has made use of Time access for many years and it’s always been a terrible experience. Their system is NOT user friendly and often gives unexplainable error messages. The worst part is whenever we try and get support out we have to wait almost three days for assistance.
When we try and get them to assist us telephonically they cannot help and if we need them to log in remotely they request an upfront payment of R1000 before they will assist. What doesn’t make sense is that logging in remotely costs more than a call out fee. But as mentioned before, takes days....
I would not recommend them to any company looking for a reliable time and attendance system. It is only a matter of time before we move onto a better system with better service.
