I'm not happy with the quality of your pots....i bought them about a week or two ago and only used them once but they are already rusty .....I would love a refund or better pots ..I trusted this brand only to be disappointed.

I have a set of Tissolli pots and actually loved my pots. I have to replace two knobs of the lids. I STARTED contacting customer service 12 October 2022. Two days later I received a response from SIMPHIWE NKABINDE. They enquired where I am located and promised to send me replacement knobs and a how-to video to replace. I sent the necessary information IMMEDIATELY. I never heard from anyone again. On 5 April 2023 I sent another email to follow up. NOTHING..... On 24 & 25 May 2023 I made contact AGAIN.... Yesterday I was given a tracking number. I enquired where to collect and was notified .... POST OFFICE. Living in Cape Town, we do have SEVERAL depots, so I went on to the Post Office tracking site, because once again no one is responding to my messages. I punched in the tracking number and just as expected, there is NO PACKAGE with that tracking number. Tissolli has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced!!!! They are actually not even worth the time and effort anymore.

i have pot the Tissoli pots from pick n pay, and i started using them yesterday and it seems i have made the biggest mistake ever i should have just bought HART instead ,i cooked with this pots and all they do is burn my food after using my R1000 to buy them thinking i will enjoy them and the food. i am really disappointed and i should also this on social media platform to warn other users who would get attempted to buy them . they look fancy but when you cook they only burn the food

I bought the 21 piece pots from Makro centurion in September and already the lid and pan have spots that look like rut ... So disappointed ... Will never buy these pots ever again. I mean I have had them for only a month and they are already damaged..smh
