I am EXTREMELY DISGUISTED with the level of service received from MAKRO ONLINE. I ordered good on 23 Dec 2024 which should've been delivered on 28 Dec 2024. On 4 Jan 2025 I called in to enquire where my parcel is, suddenly there was movement that showed my goods has been PACKED. I have ever since called DAILY to find out when I will receive my parcel. Yesterday I was told today or tomorrow. Today I am told that no courier has been assigned yet, and will most probably only be delivered sometime NEXT WEEK!!!! I get better service from TEMU!!!!!!
You hold on forever and then line gets dropped. Tried chatting on Whatsapp. Just another disgrace!!!! After almost 2 HOURS, still haven't received ANY ASSISTANCE, not even talking about telephone etiquette!!!!!
I ordered a product online for next day collection. My payment went through and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM until I had to contact them!!!! I have up to now made about 10 calls and still don't have any resolution. Eventually someone told me that they are actually out of stock. It wasn't mentioned on the site when I ordered nor communicated via sms or email or call. The call centre agents takes yiur call and ask you a question just NOT TO ANSWER your question. The first one asked me for instance, was the order for delivery or collection. My answer to her was FOR COLLECTION. Her response.....delivery takes between 2 - 5 working days!!!! How pathetic has their service levels dropped to???? If you need a product from them, rather visit the shop to save your own sanity
Went to Glengarry branch. HORRIFIC after-service!!! They don't get back to clients as promised or give feedback to your medical aid when requested additional information.
The worst client service in their claims department that I have EVER experienced!!!!!!! If you don't follow up, then your claims just hangs in the air. Most probably a way just NOT TO PAY
Can't really rate my experience, because I NEVER received any service from them. Visited their rooms on 27/11/2023 to order shoe inners as prescribed by the specialist. Never received any feedback until I had to phone them again. There I was told by the receptionist to check on TAKEALOT, because she doesn't know how long it will take to order. After loosing our cool, the doctor actually called back and apologised for the BAD SERVICE. Guess what, the doctor is JUST AS BAD!!!! Until today 19/12/2023 I still haven't received either the inners or a call again from them.
I have a set of Tissolli pots and actually loved my pots. I have to replace two knobs of the lids. I STARTED contacting customer service 12 October 2022. Two days later I received a response from SIMPHIWE NKABINDE. They enquired where I am located and promised to send me replacement knobs and a how-to video to replace. I sent the necessary information IMMEDIATELY. I never heard from anyone again. On 5 April 2023 I sent another email to follow up. NOTHING..... On 24 & 25 May 2023 I made contact AGAIN.... Yesterday I was given a tracking number. I enquired where to collect and was notified .... POST OFFICE. Living in Cape Town, we do have SEVERAL depots, so I went on to the Post Office tracking site, because once again no one is responding to my messages. I punched in the tracking number and just as expected, there is NO PACKAGE with that tracking number. Tissolli has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced!!!! They are actually not even worth the time and effort anymore.
I thought they were very clever creating a Whatsapp order service.... What a total DISASTER!!!!! KFC Oakdale is terribly UNORGANIZED.... The only thing they created was CHAOS!!!! I had to collect my order at 12h52 according to the message from them. I left 20 minutes later!!!! I tried phoning Bridget, the Restaurant Manager.......NO ANSWER. Still unhappy? Please call the AREA MANAGER, Lloyd. What a surprize that Lloyd's phone was SWITCHED OFF!!! Rather close your doors if that is how you wish to operate than to waste everyones time
Self-help is just a gadget to help you loose your temper. Meds not ready for collection the next day
Worst client service EVER!!! We were overcharged on a product that had a BIG price sign on the floor. When questioning their mistake, we were told it was last months specials. The OWNER, just as useless, said the price on the floor was incorrect. Needless to say, we will NEVER support them again
