On the 10th of August 2018 I sent my watch to Tissot Menlyn for battery change. In a week or two I receive a email from the service provider quoting me R1400. I went back to the store in Menlyn mall and tell them that the fee that is being required is beyond my budget. I only ask for the battery change only. I was coded R150 for only the battery and I accepted. Two weeks After I pass by the store and I was being told that the my watch is back but it's not working. I was very surprised because as I sent my watch for battery service, my watch was working, it's just it was reflecting a battery sign on the digital screen. Now my watch is not working due to the fact that it was being opened by the service provider.
I sent the my watch back to the service provider and I sent them an email
Note: Can you please replace the battery on the watch as I and the ladies at the Menlyn store they know that my watch was working very well as I showed them that is working all the functions are working I only need the battery to be changed. You can call me on 0822221222
Until this today I'm still started with the watch that it is not working at all. Have I always buy watch in Tissot even now I'm still stuck with the formal watch that it did the battery to be replaced so I don't know that can I still trust them with my properties can someone help me out here
