Tissot Canal Walk and Tissot South Africa are fraudulent thieves. I handed my Tissot Touch in at the Canal Walk branch in Cape Town in December of 2018. I was told that they cannot repair my piece and I need to accept an exchange for a new watch. I accepted the exchange and was told it would take 4-12 weeks.
It is now 6 months later and still I have not received my new watch (they have the old one and I cannot get it back). They keep on telling me there is a delay, that is if I can get them to reply to emails or answer the phone. It cannot take 6months to ship a watch.
This means only one thing, they fraudulently promised me an exchange but actually just stole my old timepiece.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.
