Zero Integrity and Zero Morals

I will never, never never ever refer anyone to buy any vehicle from this business. They appear to be this honest business but I sincerely feel that they have absolutely zero integrity and no morals at all. Once they sold a vehicle, they give you the run around. We had several endless maintenance problems with this vehicle. The owner forced us to take out a warranty plan, saying the sale was with major discount, but I guess he knew why he demanded a warranty plan. Bought the vehicle end of October, 2023 now the vehicle has almost costed us from our pocket R12500 to repair, the owner claims it's wear and tear. Bought it through finance but it's been back with the dealership for nearly a month. What a nightmare, we are stranded as a family but our installment goes off promptly month end. I have no idea how any bank can be associated with a dealership like this. Owner is bluntly rude.
