Poor Service delivery
Subject: Extremely Unprofessional and Discriminatory Service from Titan Property I am deeply disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Titan Property, specifically from agents Lesedi Sekonyela and Daniel Chiang. Despite being paying clients, I have experienced an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my concerns. They have shown a consistent lack of communication, and any attempts to get updates or assistance are ignored. It seems as though their only concern is collecting their retainer, with no effort to provide the support they are contractually obligated to offer. I can't help but feel that this treatment is rooted in discriminatory practices, as there is no reasonable explanation for the consistently poor and negligent service I have received. Their unprofessionalism is appalling, and I would not recommend Titan Property to anyone, especially if you expect to be treated with respect and dignity. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the industry and should not be tolerated.

BE CAREFULL & BEWARE 💔😭
Even after winning the case with the Ombudsman this dealership Titan Auto, questions the Ombudsman intelligence. They refuse to pay R7400 for the repair of our Combi we bought from them. How low, ruthless, cold hearted & ******** can one be. To think that we wanted to build a future with this dealership is now jeapordising our future with a chain reaction of great loss. I will never ever ever recommend anyone to consider placing yourself in debt or thinking that they can assist you will for filling a dream. They will suck you dry and leave your vehicle stripped at their mechanic. One month later after they came to tow our vehicle as per Ombudsman instruction to repair it at their cost, leaving us with no vehicle and R207 000 debt. BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE OF TITAN AUTO😭💔

GOD ALMIGHTY BE OUR REVENGE
Won the case at the Ombudsman after 2 months, clearly their customers are not a priority, stay away from this dealership. They came to collect our vehicle for repair, but no customer services, no update, they just give you the run around. Tomorrow will be 2 full weeks that they came to get the vehicle for repair, and even the mechanic just replies we testing and stripping. Seems like they sold us a dud for R200 000, where the fault on the engine cannot even be detected. Once they got the deal, you are on your own.

Don't buy if in doubt.
If in doubt don't buy their car Last year December i bought a car at Titan Auto out of desperation. Before buying i asked the sales man for any problems he said there's nothing wrong with the car. I went to rrview the car and ended up buying. 3 weeks down the line. The gave problem of jacking on acceleration and cuts off completely. I call them for help and salesman they can look at it but its my responsibility and my problem. Where's they have a 30 days after sale maintenance or warranty. Not a good experience with them.

Zero Integrity and Zero Morals
I will never, never never ever refer anyone to buy any vehicle from this business. They appear to be this honest business but I sincerely feel that they have absolutely zero integrity and no morals at all. Once they sold a vehicle, they give you the run around. We had several endless maintenance problems with this vehicle. The owner forced us to take out a warranty plan, saying the sale was with major discount, but I guess he knew why he demanded a warranty plan. Bought the vehicle end of October, 2023 now the vehicle has almost costed us from our pocket R12500 to repair, the owner claims it's wear and tear. Bought it through finance but it's been back with the dealership for nearly a month. What a nightmare, we are stranded as a family but our installment goes off promptly month end. I have no idea how any bank can be associated with a dealership like this. Owner is bluntly rude.

Titan Auto should be Closed for Business for Good
Believe the hellopeter reviews. I should have! Sent my driver for an assessment. What a rude bunch of people. Left him waiting for more than 15 minutes then said we too busy and we not taking new business. After calling him the attitude got no better.

Don’t sign any documents before you are entirely happy with you new vehicle
We purchased a Nissan interstar from them. Within the first week we heard a noise. Turned out to be the rocket shaft and they blamed it on our driver. Absolutely rediculous as his been with us for 7 years and we’ve never had an issue. They took it to be repaired on the agreement we would pay half towards the repair. I wasn’t happy to do this, but just wanted it fixed. So being the nice person I am , I paid half. We got the van back, then within a week, same problem. This time they completely refused to take my calls and eventually I had to go the legal way. Because I had signed a document when I first purchased the vehicle , my attorney advise me that it would cost me a lot to take them to court. The reason for my review, is that I don’t like dishonest people and car dealerships that don’t care that they have sold you a dodgy vehicle !!
