Pineslopes branch pathetic delivery 90 min late. Ice cold food. Driver stuck. manager puts me on hold for more than 30 min a time. Spent over 60 min in airtime. Sent 5 complaints telephonically to different managers each time and two emails to head office who never responds.
Discovery vitality mall sells vouchers with a 30 day expiry. This is ******* according to the CPA. After waiting 45 min on the chat, Nosi says she is the expert and clearly the legal representative who refuses to escalate my complaint that it should be valid for 3 years in accordance with the law of the country we live in. The wait time is unacceptable then to top it all discovery forgot to train in customer service.
I opted to activate my "free sim" cards. Low and behold I get a bill for n additional R400. I apparently requested a speed upgrade on my sim cards. NO proof, no call replay, 3 emails and 4 calls later . Crickets. It is exhausting to deal with a company whose agents are not capable to respond to anything. Multiple mix ups on deliveries and modem replacements. It is raining crickets
I purchased a samsung a34 on the 6 September 2024. On the 9th I found out it is a grey phone with no samsung warranty as advertised.i was about to travel overseas and had just replaced my damaged phone so was caught between a rock and a hard place. I called takealot and said I needed to now buy another phone and didn't want to ve stuck with 2 phones. The lady confirmed there would be no problem on the refund. I duly packed up the phone and charger in its original.packaging and sent it back.i was away for more than a week with no conclusion.Despite many emails they sent the phone back saying declined but first said no charger. I phoned and spike to Kent D who asked for the samsung confirmation email and said he would conclude it with management. Today is the 26th the phone has been sent back again 20 days later. No communication just no refund. Why should I accept a grey phone with Jo warranty that was misleading in the advert. I was given all the assurance it would be refunded now I sit with two phones. I am at my wits end.
No way to contact them. Whatsapp line for 3 hours then both agents close the chat. Markan McLean and Kamogelo need to be dismissed. My debit orders go off without a hitch but I cannot get anyone to chat to me. No wonder we cannot cancel the service. we cannot get hold of you. Clearly making too much money and want to hide behind a whatsapp line 3 hours at a time.
Second time I have a *****ulent transaction on my credit card. First-time they took 120 days and still did not resolve fully. This time I'm waiting since January. How do you escalate an escalation? Call center emails ***** department to contact you and they never do. CEO office replies 150 days later.
Took the delivery fee from our account on the 14th February. To date cannot deliver the service, We made alternate plans but all attempts to get a refund is to no avail. You cannot call them. The emails go unaswered and the whatsapp line took from 9am to 1pm to tell me i didnt cancel 100 times
I have had a fraud situation and FNB for almost a week cannot decide which department it is with. In the interim the money is frozen in the fraudulent account. I only know this from the other bank. Not my bank. Did you know your card can be used at the atm to change the primary contact number for otps and limits. Without any notification telling you it has been changed. I am in the interim sitting with no available credit. 6 hours altogether of calling with no resolve in sight. Then it is a digital case, then it is a debit card case and guess what no one knows or cares. 2 complaints later, no one has picked up the phone. Only at email saying they can take up to 48 hours. I am considering moving my entire personal and business profile to African Bank. They answer the phone!
Internet dropping and low speed but paying for 100meg line. The WhatsApp line rakes 2 hours if you lucky
Bought a locker and did not realuse there was a time frame as it is in the terms and conditions. No where do they tell you when you do the booking. Money stolen for no service received. Hiding behind small print. No reminders received that they claim they send you.
