Great service with problematic component

I buy a lot of components from them.

I bought a GeForce 3070 from them, and when installing it that evening, it was dead. I e-mailed them and took it back the next morning, and they immediately tested it, acknowledged that it was dead, did me a favour by swopping it out with one in their workshop build stock, and tested it with me to make sure it worked. In this current time of extreme GPU shortages, that was really nice of them.
