Retarded After sales support. They drag out 7 days cooldown period. 1. Emailing the "RMA" people, I had to beg them for information, all they said was "send it" surely he knows his job is to do 1 thing... 2. rage expo, item box was given to me damaged, sales rep just shoved me away. 3. power supply bought at rage expo smoked as i plugged it in there, even with a few witnesses, the sales rep refused that such a thing happened because he tested it and it switched on. 4. mouse only lasted 1 year coincidentally after a few days of warranty expiration. 5. received goods that were opened and was attempted to be closed with masking tape over the original seal. 6. HDD bought underperforms, they scan for bad sectors and do a simple test of which none of the problems that I listed were even tested. literally my 5 year old 5400rpm drive has never once frozen. neither has the duplicate of the mentioned drive i bought elsewhere (3 years ago). and yet they want to convince me nothing is wrong, that i bought a godly tuned drive and their one is the standard.
