<p>I applied for a private financing through Wes Bank and they appointed Title Guard to Facilitate the sale , at the beginning process I had no problems as we were waiting for the seller to do technical inspection and road worthy of vehicle , On the 5 May I decided to pay for the technical test and road worthy through Dekra and sent Angelique Retief and email to advise her that I am sending to Dekra . The car was booked in at 8 am and I paid an amount of R2300.00 to do the Dekra inspection. I phoned Angelique from title guard at approximately 9 am and advised her that vehicle is in at Dekra and they were busy with it, She was absolutely rude and also said they will NOT gIve us finance and cancel the deal if I don`t book through Bosch and pay a further R1200. I felt humiliated as she was rude and also said I don`t listen when she talks.IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I called Wes Bank and was advised that DEKRA was an accredited agent and felt title guard had no right to do that. My son also phoned the supervisor to complain and she was even worse with her attitude. I am just wondering if that company knows of customer service, I am extremely disappointed ...</p>
