I am totally disgusted with Vodacom Insurance, one of my cell phone contracts i have been double billed for Insurance for the last 4 months , i call every month and get promised that they will fix as it was done in error. I need this money reversed , refunded or my account credited. I am tired of calling Vodacom insurance department as it is clear they can`t assist me. The last reference no i received was VCPLOL27642992..
On the 10th July i went to Vodacom for an insurance claim of my Samsung S10 phone.I was assisted by Maylene who was friendly and very professional. She convinced me to upgrade and also at the same time arranged for the Samsung consultant to assist me with downloading information on new device. She also arranged someone to install new screen guard.Great experience..Will recommend others. Furthermore once she was done the Consultant at Samsung Neo set up my new device and also transferred all information from old phone that was going in. Neo also gave me exceptional service and was very helpful and professional. Both Neo and Maylene went out of there way to give me exceptional customer service . I will always recommend friends to go the Vodaworld store in Midrand as all staff looked happy and friendly. Thank you..
I bought my daughter a BMW at Team CIT. And the service was outstanding, Gerhard and Jolani the two of you very efficient and your customer service was outstanding..A great experience..Will be back..
Poor service waited over half and hour in que..when assisted said my account blocked..My account is up to date..this is embarrassing..Now waiting for cashier to phone call center..I got cell phone app to prove account is up to date..WORST SERVIC EVER STAFF POOR AND INCOMPETENT ...WHY IS MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD..DISGUSTED ..
<p>I applied for a private financing through Wes Bank and they appointed Title Guard to Facilitate the sale , at the beginning process I had no problems as we were waiting for the seller to do technical inspection and road worthy of vehicle , On the 5 May I decided to pay for the technical test and road worthy through Dekra and sent Angelique Retief and email to advise her that I am sending to Dekra . The car was booked in at 8 am and I paid an amount of R2300.00 to do the Dekra inspection. I phoned Angelique from title guard at approximately 9 am and advised her that vehicle is in at Dekra and they were busy with it, She was absolutely rude and also said they will NOT gIve us finance and cancel the deal if I don`t book through Bosch and pay a further R1200. I felt humiliated as she was rude and also said I don`t listen when she talks.IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I called Wes Bank and was advised that DEKRA was an accredited agent and felt title guard had no right to do that. My son also phoned the supervisor to complain and she was even worse with her attitude. I am just wondering if that company knows of customer service, I am extremely disappointed ...</p>
<p>On the 29/6/2016 i send in my huawei ws331wireless range extender for repairs , i followed up on 2 occassions but still did not receive back . On the 3/8/2016 i spoke with Marcelle who is supposed to be the repair centre manager and assured me he will have sorted out, he phone me back twice and assured h will have it resolved, On the 8/8/2016 i followed up again with no joy , i could not get hold of Marcelle , i spoke to a lady at Head Office she could not assist either . This is pathetic service / Can i have this matter resolved immediately , please return my device i don`t want a refund . i will collect at midrand vodacom centre where i handed in at Huwaei store. On the 20 April 2016 my cell phone was stolen , i logged a claim with Cell Sure was told claim declined as my LG G4 cellphone is not insured. I was livid BECAUSE on the 24 September 2015 my daughter was robbed and her cell phone was stolen SAMSUNG Note 4 , this happened in Durban you can also check with VODACOM when the call was logged for her stolen phone we did not make a claim as we were not insured , this proved a valuable lesson and i knew that i had to insure all my phones. On the 25 Sept 2015 i went to VODASHOP FORREST HILL and my sales Representative Tebogo assisted me , i had to purchase another phone the LG G4 and gave my Samsung S6 to my daughter , i immediately advised my Rep to add insurance to both cell phones which he did and confirmed. CELL SURE IS ADAMANT TO DECLINE MY CLAIM, Celsure SENT A VOICE CLIP TO VODACOM WHICH I HEARD AND Helen said MY BAND IS TOO LOW FOR SAMSUNG S6 AND PREMIUM MUST BE HIGHER WHICH IS CORRECT .TAKE NOTE I INSURED 2 PHONES ON SAME DAY SAMSUNG S6 AND LG G4 THAT IS WHY I AGREED WHEN SHE SAID S6 ? SHE DID NOT MENTION ON WHICH CELL NO`S ? NEITHER DID SHE MENTION THE LG G 4 SO I TOOK IT ALL IN ORDER , I NEED INTERVENTION (CEL STOLEN 072 281 325
I bought Samsung S7 edge for my son was excited as was suppose to be one of the best phone in the market. Phone was not even 2 weeks went in for repairs as Vodacom said 7 days lapsed. First Job No: 11487233 went in for repairs 29 March 2016. Phone was collected 10 April 2016. When we took cell phone home discovered that the charger was now faulty , fingerprint faulty , additional scratches which was not there when phone handed in. Went back next day 11 April 2016 VODACOM refused exchange and said will prioritize repairs and escalate. 2nd JOB NUMBER 11517972. O DATE PHONE STILL IN FOR REPAIRS LOOKS LIKE THEY LIED AS THEY SAID WILL ESCALATE TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS THE PHONE HAS SPENT MORE TIME FOR REPAIRS THEN WE ACTUALLY USED FROM THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE . I NEED THIS MATTER RESOLVED !!! REPLACE THE PHONE .....
I am totally disgusted in writing this report but I am left with no choice I handed in my brand new Samsung S6 edge phone for an OBF , it is now a week later and there is no response , I spoke with Tebogo and his manageress and I am told that they awaiting feedback from Mmbatho branch , I find this totally unacceptable I am a Vodacom customer for 16 years and I do not appreciate this at all, I WANT MY PHONE BACK IMMEDIATELY OR CANCEL all my contracts with Vodacom and I will go to another service provider who is phoning me all the time to switch over!!! SEE COMPLAINTED LOGGED ON HELLOPETER 5 FEB 2015 ?? NO RESPONSE FROM LIQUI FRUIT !!PATHETIC!!I am writing this complaint on behalf of my brother Rasheed Wahab, , on Sunday 1st Feb 2015 , I drank a liquid fruit cooler , and whilst drinking it I realized something was wrong with it , I then discovered something thick in the bottle that looked thick and slimy, I immediately threw up and felt sick the entire evening , I went to the doctor on Monday 2nd Feb 2015 and got some meds and throat was inflamed , I then contacted the call centre of Liqui fruit on the 02/02/2015 as well and spoke with Misa who promised they will collect to analyse what was wrong , it is now the 5/02/2015 and nobody contacted me , I am feeling sick and psychologically feel something is wrong , I will arrange to take the bottle to a laboratory and bill liquid fruit for this , I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND FEEL THAT THEIR IS NO URGENCY FROM LIQUI FRUIT!!!! I DON`T WANT TO SUE LIQUI FRUIT BUT ALL I WANT IS TO KNOW WHAT IS IN THE BOTTLE AND WHAT EFFECT IT HAS ON ME!!!
