I went there first to look at their stock and the dealership looked proper I even reviewed them on Google for neat cars now I regret because I bought a vehicle by them and the vehicle got stuck 1 hour away from the dealership when I had bought cash and called them to assist they said I signed a sales agreement without reading it and that's not their problem they never assisted me and I slept on the street with a broken car because I have no one to assist, Sedrick is the guy you wanna stay away from. The vehicle is a Build-up and they never told me about this they just wrote on the sales agreement Stay Away!!

This dealership sells cars that have been in accidents and does not disclose it to buyers. I did a background check on a vehicle, and the kilometers Toyota confirmed for the VIN number do not match the reading shown by the dealer. When I raised the issue, the lady I spoke to, Gugu, simply said “that’s how they got the car.” Their prices might seem cheap, but it’s because the vehicles have been crashed and repaired. The listings on Cars.co.za are also not accurate to the actual cars they’re selling. Be very careful — do your own checks before trusting anything they post.

I was looking to purchase a vehicle advertised for R380 000 and fortunately hired the brilliant View4You to inspect it first. They discovered that TM Cars had covered up a massive accident that was never reported. It was spray painted badly, front end was badly damaged, misaligned bonnet, rattling panels etc. and the inspector said there was no doubt this vehicle was involved in a major accident. It’s not possible that TM Cars were oblivious to the damage as they themselves admitted to repairing a “minor front side panel” in their own workshop on site. View4You saved us hundreds of thousands of rand and we thank them immensely. TM Cars is part of the reason the used-car industry is so damaged and not trusted.

Good service
On 22.10.2022 i bought a car, on monday 24.10.2022 i picked up a problem, i contacted the dealer, the problem was solved by 24.10.2022, neat premises neat office ,most important friendly and helpfull staff, well done TM Cars keep up the good work

Disappointed in car dealership
I recently contacted TM Cars in Bramley,Gauteng enquiring after a Q3 in Autotrader. Tje friendly consultant/ sales lady,Gugu, rold me the car was in excellent condition and was definitely not in an accident. As I am in PE I asked my brother to travel from Pretoria to view the vehicle. He was also assured the vehicle was in great condition and not in an accident. My brother was so shocked to see the obvious damage and their blatant lies and took pictures as proof. We are so disgusted with the lack of integrity from TM Cars and would like to warn other customers to avoid being just as disappointed as we were. NaaiJella
