TM Electronics Disgusting service
I logged a call for a technician to come out to repair my Samsung Tv at 08:20 in the morning. After being told that they would send someone? I have been told that the technician is at work but they don't have a vehicle for him to come out. I offered to pay for an Uber but was told it's not necessary. It's nearly 15:00 now and still no technician. Disgusting service from both Samsung and TM electronics

23 Sept 2024, 14:01The Tech ? arrive with no parts to repair the TV ???? After calling the whole day, and you not even 5KM from my house ???? I may as well throw this TV in the trash and buy a different make of TV as Samsung seems to not give a **** about their customers, sending a less than reputable company to repair my 7 month old unit. I will spread this all over the internet as your company is pathethic........
