this accommodation is a ****mer, I paid my son's deposit in December and they called me in January advising that my son won't qualify to stay in their building I told them no problem please send my money back so I look for a different place they tell me to send an email, I did send the email since today no reply to my email when I call them they told me that their account departments don't have phone so they won't transfer me, I must wait fr the reply is almost 3 months now no reply from them I need my money back. beside my money, the service from the staff is very bad they very rud and they don't know how to deal with their customer. they don't deserve any star
