In September they activated my service without my consen now they telling me I am owing them September bill, I talk to 3 people already my using my airtime spend more than R100 calling them to reactivate my account because I paid this month is almost month end but my service still closed, the call center keep on telling me they will pass the credit and activate my line, they activate while I on a call with them then after few hours is disconnected, I want my money back for the month of October because I paid for the service to be activated.
I call car tracker with a mentality of cancelling my service but becouse the professional, excellent service I received from Siyabonga Nkosi I decided not to cancel as he explained everything and apologize for changing me double at least we still have people like Siyabonga that know the value of the customer thanks you so much.

I don't have internet since last week Monday Vox told me the is an outage around Protea Glen, how can we have outage for 7day some of us we working from Home we cannot stay without internet, I need my money to be replaced for me becouse I already use 20GB on Data becouse I need to work as I speak I don't have internet but I'm paying every month without no skip, so the Vox and frogfoot savice is very BAD.
