Parked in front of our business taking up all 5 parking bays and loading zone, despite being asked by the person they were delivering to, to park in front of THEIR establishment. Phoned, and was put throught 'HR' which didn't answer. Phoned again and was told no one could speak to be because they were in a meeting. Sent a series of photographs on a whatsapp number, and the responnse was "Good day. My apologies for this. I will address with our Logistics planners". I fail to see how that is actually a response to my immediate problem - no customer parking means very few customers, and anyone wishing to load in our loading zone now has to worry about scratching a brand new Mahindra which has been offloaded there. Totally unacceptable large vehicle bullying.
